It was the middle of winter, typically every photographer’s slow season. As I was spending my time focusing on tidying up my website, debating whether or not I should buy that new camera gear, and just recovering from the loaded schedule I had at the end of 2024, Maggie and Nick popped into my inbox! A very welcome surprise in the middle of February.
They mentioned that they had already hired a photographer for their wedding in another state & had done an engagement session, but they really wanted just a short & sweet session in the Chicago and with handful of photos to update their wedding website. SOLD! I got in my car, drove up to Fulton Market on a 20 degree Saturday morning, and had an absolute blast with these two.
It just goes to show that you should never be afraid to ask! I love figuring out how to morph sessions into exactly what clients are looking for. Even if what you are looking for isn’t specifically listed as a package on my website, I’d love to chat with you to figure out how we can make it happen. Receiving that “OMG WE ARE SO OBSESSED” email after delivering a gallery makes it all more than worth it! ☺️
